Have just reintroduced gluten after over 3 years! Am I mad?

if he's ok after a few weeks you're probably going to be fine

no reason not to introduce it ... but you know the signs to look out for

I wouldn't overload on gluten foods though .. introduce gradually

I'd judt keep an eye, I think sometimes the problems can build up - he may be able to tolerate small amounts. You could always use small amounts + enzymes...... I've noticed that ds1 is much better with small infringements these days.
