What is the best draft appeal for dyslexia - writing refusal to assess?

I basically want a kick aXX letter to appeal as their statistics suggested on an earlier thread that they would expect me to go to tribunal. Come on!

kafkesque, you need to get some RL support to get a plan together. Firing off letters in every direction about lots of issues at once can seem haphazard and disorganised. I understand completely that you want to get support for your DS, but I do think you need to get a planned approach together, or you will seem to be chaotic.

Is there anyone you know who could sit down and help you make sense of the information you have and make the best plan of action?
