Any experience of Kent as a LA?

We are in the process of requesting a statutory assessment for DS. Has anyone had any dealings with them at all?

Not great, tbh.

Tain't the worst but I haven't heard much good tbh.

We have - let me know if I can help? Standard response from them seems to be "no" to everything until you appeal, so don't take it personally. They backed down once tribunal paperwork in on 2 out of 3 appeals from us, then lost at tribunal when we challenged parts 3&4 of the statement.
