My boy has just been diagnosed after years of us fighting to have his difficulties realised. Not unusual this I think. He's been prescribed Equasym XL 10mg daily. I want to use nedication minimally. Is this med. something that can just be given on the 'bad days'? Or does it have to build up in a child' system and be taken every day?
