Help Please! Can someone tell me what an SNN is?

What is their role/remit? We've just been told that the pre-school may need to get one in for DS1 We don't Know what to say/do for the best.

Thanks for your replies. My DP called today to notify them that DS wouldn't be going into nursery today (backstory in link of OP, post 15 my update today if you have the time to read) All the nursery manager added was that she has been told that DS finds it hard to move on from things and that he would benefit from additional help I know I need to know more but at the moment I can't really think straight...

Sorry I was a bit panicked zzzzz for the exact reason you state (i.e. good support being hard to come by. I was wondering why it was being offered so soon when we have heard mostly positive things since he started.) Now I've had time to think about it I feel a lot calmer. It is a good school and they do seem to strive hard to meet the needs of the children in general. I'll speak with all concerned tomorrow an get a clearer picture of what the conerns are and what has been planned. Thanks
