Can anyone recommend a good yoga book for children with DS?

Trying to find one for a df whose dd is 10wks old.

Have seen one called 'yoga for the special child' by sonia sumar, has anyone used it and would you recommend it?

Haven't used it but tbh I took dd (who has low muscle tone and quite similar to children with DS in many ways) to a mainstream yoga group when she was about 4 months old and it was totally appropriate for her. So I would have thought any yoga book for babies would be fine. It is all very gentle.

I'd contact the British Wheel of Yoga - they might be better able to advise. They are here

I will lend her my baby yoga and baby massage books and mention the other one to her.
