They've either designed the form wrongly, or they've only sent me half of it. Because there is nowhere to write:

-She's funny
-She's kind
-She's generous to a fault
-She's welcoming to strangers (even if I have to write that as no danger awareness)
-She's so damn hardworking
-She's determined
-She's tenacious
-She's DD1.

Ps their faulty forms are mass produced as I got one too!
