How long should it take for the LA to make a decision?

Just wondering if there are any timescales from start to outcome, regardless of the outcome for inde SS??

It's been over 5 month so far and no decision as yet, starting to feel like telling them to just say no so I can go to tribunal.

It's not fair, is it . If I were you, I would ask them to finalise so you can appeal if it's a No.
