DD2 regularly assures me that she does not want to have babies when she's older.
She has a new doll and was dressing her today.
DD2: Mum, does she look very pretty in this violet dress?
Me: Yes, darling. I think they tend to cal that colour lavender, not violet.
DD2: looks adoringly at the doll.
Me: See,dd2, you would be a good Mum when you're older 
DD2: Oh. I did actually mean plastic ones.
