My 8 year old niece said this to me during my sons 5th birthday party. Not sure If I ever want to see her again. I know this is irrational. Does anyone have a therapist in London they can suggest?

Other relatives ignore us all together because they think my DS and I are bad luck.

How much worse am I going to hear? How will I grow a thick skin?

Look, at least you know you are being irrational :)
That's something.
She is a child. Children say the first thing that comes into their head and tbh it's probably a question you have been asking yourself?...
I am sorry things are still not great for you.
You cannot control your Dhs relatives behaviour, but you can control your reaction to it.
I think therapy would be helpful. No idea as I don't live in London. Perhaps you could check out the professional website?
