10 baby teeth to go at 11!!!

dd went to dentist. Proud mum momet as she was REALLY good. she has still got 10 of her baby teeth at 11 dentist said it was normal.

I'm really glad you said that because my dd is 10 and has only lost 4 baby teeth. I was starting to get worried!

Our dentist told me that there was a link between children who had delayed development and their teeth. As it appears that the delay can also slow down normal body routines, such as teeth growth. My daughter had no side teeth until she was nearly 4, so I think she will be in her 20's by the time her baby teeth fall out

I posted about this a short while ago. DS(NT) is approaching 7 and has only got 2 of his adult teeth through.

Amelia (4.5 with Downs) has already got 2 of her adult molars thorough!!!! I was always told that her milk teeth would come later and last longer...so it was quite a shock at the dentist when he told me!! Like a bad mummy I never really noticed...put all the fist chewing down to her sensory issues!!
