The heat is really affecting my ME (or whatever it is). I am at the barely able to walk stage today. I went back to bed once dd had gone to school - Ds is off post GCSEs.
I came down because the Sainsbury's delivery was due and Ds unprompted made me a cup of tea. He then carried all the Sainsbury's bags downstairs for me.
Sounds like a crazy thing to start a thread about but I am so glad I can on here.
