Education and health care plans: SEN reform

Has your area started piloting these?

There has been no change in the law to allow their implementation so I would be interested in hearing from anyone who knows their LA is trying to swap over to them now.

Not yet here but some parents are on the task and finish group. My LA is talking about doing 2 different plans. Each LA can do the plan their own way so they will all look different which is a worry.

But there is no legal provision which allows ANY EHCPs to be in place at the moment. The Education Act needs to be followed.
