IE I have discovered that emails I sent to a SEN Officer were copied and pasted and then forwarded on to the school who had excluded my child for them to see. Is this allowed?

There are situations in which sharing information is lawful if it is reasonable. It's a tricky one between schools and LAs as it depends on the circumstances. PM me
