Amelia's trip to the dentist!!!!

We all went to the dentist this morning. Amelia was a little darling, got a bit spooked when the chair moved but was really well behaved overall.

BUT I have now discovered that she already has 2 of her adult molars!!! Oneside has come through completely and the other is still breaking through the gum now!!!

I was led to believe that she would get her teeth later- she did with her milk teeth. I don't think she had her first until about 11 months and from then on they took forever to come through.

Should I be concerned over this? Jack is approaching 7 and he only has 2 adult teeth!

She is 4.5 and has DS.

I'm glad she was okay at the dentists. :)

I don't know when adult teeth are supposed to appear but ds1's came through pretty quickly after the milk teeth fell out. He lost his first two teeth just before the Easter holidays and the adult ones were poking through within a couple of weeks. He'll be 6 later this month and was one of the last children in his class to lose any teeth. Some of the class were proudly showing off their gums last September. :o
