Run-up to Tribunal

I'm now one week away from Tribunal. Has any one got any tips for the day?

From my time on here, I've learnt that I should wear my best "mumsy" clothes. Hmmm that's difficult as I either have office/suit clothes or very very comfy casuals. I was thinking a summer dress?

I've also read that I should take food and water - water so I don't have to queue up with "them" near the water machine.

Any other tips to cope with the day? Am I allowed my massive lever-arch file into the Tribunal room? And my handbag/briefcase?

And yes, I know it's not very Christian, but I'm highly motivated by the thought that active forgiveness is a good way to really annoy despotic bullies.

Think Nelson Mandela approving pensions for apartheid flunkies. Every single day, every bite of their democracy-funded dinner is a symbol of defeat Grin

Oh I can assure you I got under her skin today. And I will continue to, because i am under no doubt that one day she and I will face each other again in a tribunal.

But yes you are right, in time I will actively forgive, but on my own terms Grin

In the meantime, everytime I sit back and think, I did the best for my child [whatever the outcome of today] and think its time to move on. I will stop and remember all the other children and their families that she and her ilk have personally screwed over
