Do you know what an H width would be in Piedro boots?

Hi, my daughter is a size 4 H in start-rite. This includes her orthotics, which would need to go into the boots.

I phoned the shop Gilbert & something, but she just said I'm not sure, I think a 7 as that's our widest.
