after all expert advise from salondon, some excellent TA advise from Star (I took it from one of your posts here - pointed out by salondon) and some docus sent by agnes. I wrote what I wanted my school to write to LEA asking for a higher rate of TA and the school simply coped what I gave to them and sent it to LEA....can't believe my luck! :-)

Not expert at all.. But definitely learning at a very fast rate at the mumsnet school of Special Education needs Parenting

From what you have told me about your situation and where your daughter is, I think success with the LEA is round the corner
