Finally managed to fill in dla renewal and mobility form, and another (slightly different) form arrived today......

I know I have been crap about getting the form done, ds turns 3 in July, and date that current dla runs to is November. But I have finally done it, ready to be photocopied and sent off next week

But today a different form arrived, almost the same as far as I can see, except for a section about 'aids and adaptations' the child needs/has. I have written a bit about this in the extra information bit of the form i have filled in.

So what should i do? Send the form i have done, or fill in the new one?

Urgh, confused. I hate the DLA form, and now I have 2 of the fuckers staring at me.

Send them both in? :o

Send the completed one now. Hide the other for a week, then ring up asking,
" Did you get my form, and
what's the reason you're sending another one?"
