what kind of people have you employed?

so far i have had two people apply from school
a young girl who is v good who works as a ta in SEN dept at a primary school
and erm someone who has no experience but I like who wants to work with children with specialneeds

are there any age restrictions aswell

I've employed a mix, I think slightly older (by which I mean 21+) are generally better than the younger ones.

Could you employ both? I have a bunch that I use.
