Waist belt with 'handle'?

I'm after the above - I've seen them but don't know what to google. I don't want a harness or reins, just something that will be grabable and help me hoik ds up when he decides to sink to his needs in the middle of the road. I know they exist...does anyone know what they're called? TIA.
