What to get excellent SNA as leaving present?

DS with ASD is leaving his current school in July. He is in Y4 and has had the same SNA since YR. she has been so devoted and supported to him and we really want to get a special present to thank her for all her help. I want it to be meaningful. Does anyone have any good ideas?

I think it honestly doesn't matter what you give her, but you should write her a letter from all the family but especially DS, and copy it in to the HT. My DS first teacher - who was utterly brilliant - cried when I sent a note in to the HT thanking her for her support. Apparently no-one had ever done that before! Sad (And she was a great teacher, it was just that people don't think to put it in writing)

I gave DS2's TA some M & S vouchers, a fairly large amount as she was being made redundant once DS2 left. Sad

The letter is a great idea. I am going to do a class collection as she has been a great support to other class members and will get vouchers for that. She is a fairly secretive lady so not sure how much we will get from her re her personal interests.
I may get her a red letter day voucher so that she can choose an experience. I want to get her something lasting as well, which will remind her specifically of DS. Maybe a nice photo of them both in a frame.
