Can you send in extra evidence after the decision forms have been sent eg from school because we have all our appeal done but we are just waiting for extra info from school re sen policy, records and reasonable adjustments made etc?

Also do we send in the original forms from the first request called the 'parental evidence for Consideration of parental request for statutory assessment' as well as the new appeal forms and evidence.

I'm sorry if I'm being a bit thick but I'm not really clear where you're at.

If you're talking about the decision letter from the local authority, giving you the right of appeal and before you have lodged the appeal at tribunal then you can add as much evidence as you wish.
Even after you have lodged a claim at tribunal you will still have another 16 weeks to add additional information to your bundle at the tribunal. So getting more information is nothing to worry about and more you get which is relevant, then the better the picture the tribunal will have.

Thanks Nigel1 16 weeks is good I just wanted to check because I don't want to wait for school to get the info together I think they will stall for as long as possible. They would much rather we find another school!

Never assume. When in doubt put it in.
