Well, I am able to stay at the setting for as long as it takes to settle him, he will have a 1-1 covering all the hours he is there, she is going to come over every week before he starts so she can get to know ds. He will receive more consistent speech and language support (at the setting and at home) incorporating an appropriate AAC programme, he is going to be provided with specialist seating at the setting and at home, and receive ot and physio within the setting.

It went well, was pretty positive, whilst at the same time they could see how much support he needs to move forward.

We talked about plans to look at both a special school and the local primary (which includes a specialist unit), with a view to applications for next year.

I am going to have a large glass of prosecco tonight! Thankyou for all the honks!
