I still havent opened a bank account as I was so convinced it would never happen. Now they are nagging me to tell them my chosen carers so they can CRP check them or something......

I heard in March that we had been given 2 hours a week but I havent done anything about it

But I haven't heard anything from them at all since the letter!

I know you have to tell them who the carer will be as they ahve to be police checked

Do you have any carers in mind? If not they can place an ad for you (although it has to come out of your dp money).

well i put a note in her home school book asking if anyone at the school was interested and i got 2 phonecalls within half an hour!!
