Had never heard of it so looked it up and found it's an s/lt tool and not an ABA one and seems to have hadv input from Anne Locke a well known figure in s/lt circles.
Interestingly, the good people at ELKLAN (the TALC developers) seem to have updated it and now sell a version on their website. I'm intrigued and tempted to buy a copy myself....
