Right, the date of dds annual review has been set, I have 3 weeks in which to write and submit my "views"
What on earth do I put? And how do I phrase it?
Do I put a list of what has worked, what i want to remain in the statement and a list of my demands?
How much detail do I go into?
Do I need to go over dds history? Should I put in new DXs (which are widely known, amongst professionals involved)?
