Hi
I have a 16 years old disabled daughter, we want go to tribunal regarding her recent SEN statement.
I live in London.
We do not have thousands to spend on tribunal so looking for a reasonable advocate.
Can you please give us name /contact of any good SEN advocate?

Yes, FS is very busy (because she is excellent) and you will told so. It is worth getting back in contact when you have a hearing date.

I was assigned an IPSEA volunteer, who was also great and then used FS for the WD and representation at the hearing. I did not make contact until the end of Feb for a hearing at the start of May.

I didn't use because I didn't need to but Paula Clements seemed really helpful and is a barrister available through the direct access process, she gave me preliminary helpful legal advice.

The solicitor at SEN Action used to be at Baker Small. That would not be a recommendation for me.
