Just been refused the latest copy of my child's IEP because I can't drop everything and attend an IEP meeting before the Christmas break. Fair enough about discussing it with the class teacher I am all for that - but they are planning to go by this IEP before I get a chance in January to go into the school to discuss.....

LOL! Tell them that you will write it yourself and they can meet and discuss it with you in January if they have any questions or want to discuss it.

LOL - Same teacher decided to announce to the school playground ( well me but in a very loud voice) when collecting my youngest that she thought he had impertigo...... I try to walk away but she is getting quite annoying now!!

I second Star on this one! Grin

We had a teacher do the same about impetigo with ds2 when he was little - in front of all the other parents in a very loud voice. He didn't have blooming impetigo, he had a sore chin from constantly dribbling and I had put the only emollient I had on it that morning, which happened to be Kamillosan, which is yellow - therefore making the scab appear golden-ish in colour. Hmm

Exactly - my son dribbles and spits when he talks as he has speech pronounciation difficulties to name just one of his needs. It was just sore!!
