Can anyone point me in the tight direction for the quotes re academic progress and does anyone know if a child is on the p scales and no where near the targets for key stage one if it can still be said they are making adequate progress?

Do the different reports conduct the same or different tests? If they are the same you can calculate progress. Plot your EP assessment on a bell curve - 10 = 50th percentile whereas 2 = 0.4th percentile so over 3 standard deviations. ie significant discrepancy.

I did a SAR which revealed the the school EP hid a lot of the the information that she had including that of a orderline learning difficulty. This info and current info match up in terms of difficulties.
