We just go when he's grown out of the boots he's in - but we get a full review about once a year.

We have new ones every six month( insoles that is!) he wears normal suportive shoes/ boots.

We had a pair of inserts for 12 months.

Bought the next size up direct from the manufacturer because my HA dont supply them anymore and the 2 pairs the podiatrist tried to fob me off with were crap and hurt Dd3's feet.

ds2 has an orthotist review every six months although we have additional appnts if we or his physio think things need adjusting
