That's great!! My DD has four sessions a week at Secondary School. Short sharp bursts. Too long a session and its pants.
We got SALT into train the TA up to deliver the therapy and the SALT comes in at half term to assess how it's going (every 6 weeks) and sets new targets and objectives. We also sent DD to a outward bound speech course in the Lakes last June. Really successful.

I will ask DD's SALT. They do them annually and they're paid for generally through funding. This year it was in Bassenfell and DD had a blast. She has palate issues and is hypernasal so it was a lot of focus on sound production as well as their differences and how they cope with bullying. Because they do. Sad
Anyone interested then please PM me and I will get the information for you. Smile
