LGO and judicial review

Just back from hols and need to catch up with your posts but just thought those of you who have been following by LGO battle might like to know that we are giving judicial review a go.

Letter before action is on its way and legal aid is being applied for.

Thanks - changed lawyers and have got someone who is very much more on the ball. I am devastated to have spent so much time and money on someone so unreliable.

Wet - need to do pre-action protocol letter and wait for their response before we can apply for legal aid. Will have response to that by end of month.
