Hello, can anyone help me reference a stage 1 complaint with social services?

I started a thread yesterday here and I wondered whether any of you had any knowledge of whether this is ethical? or indeed legal (ha I hear you say Hmm )

Also, if any of you have been in the same situation, have you sought legal advice? and did that make any difference (either way)?

I answered on your original thread

P.S You don't need legal advice. You should be able to manage all Stages of the complaint yourself and should also be able to refer it to the LGO yourself.

I'm currently going through the complaints procedure about social services ATM. This document is proving useful
