Hi, we had our tribunal 2 weeks ago for refusal of a statement, we were told we would know the decision today. Not heard anything, as of yet, how would we be informed post, phone or email. Anyone know who has been in the same situation. My heads all over the place, day after the tribunal, out with friends celebrating end of 14 mths battle with the LEA, I had an accident rupturing my left bicep tendon, spent best part of 2 weeks in hospitals having surgery and resting. Typical now have to fight this injury and the LEA, hope it goes our way as got a long recovery with my arm now.
Cheers Nick

Hi Nick was wondering today if you had heard anything, oh that sounds painful! Hope you get better soon.

Really hope decision has gone in your favour and they let you know soon.

You can call SENDIST and request decision is emailed.

This won't please you but we waited over 6 weeks for our decision. I think that is very unusual though.

Expect they posted it. This is an absolutely horrible time. Try and keep busy.
