Everyone should do this every time their child is excluded from a school trip.

The 'apology' was one of the most grudging ever forced from an LA.

Reminds me of the one I received after the LGO ordered them to do so

Perhaps there's a standard wording for 'aplologies' within LAs

That was a good read. I am glad the parents won with a "sort of" apology

I wonder if that schools ofsted rating will change now.....

Surpised the LA didn't use the hackneyed 'Lessons Learned'.
