I came across this programme by chance this morning. The Select Committee for Education & Skills is presently looking at provision for Special Educational Needs in mainstream & special schools and inviting comments from parents and professionals.
I was driving so only heard the first half of the programme which was discussing the process of statementing and the wide regional variations in provision.
