Would you mind helping with a query about tribunal hearing transcripts, is one made and can I get hold of mine?

Something was discussed at my hearing which didn't appear to be a dealbreaker and was not written into dd's statement, but not the LAEO is saying I agreed to something which I clearly said before, at the hearing, and afterwards, that I didn't agree to. This matter has now become important.

Sorry if that's clear as mud, but basically, can I get proof of what was discussed?

Thank you in advance.

Bump, no one then? By googling I found transcripts can be made for employment tribunals but found nothing for SEND.

Surprising how LAs dare to lie about what's been said at tribunal hearings Shock.

They don't 'do' transcripts. Nor do they have to give much of a detailed explanation for their decision. If something is unclear you can write to the tribunal for clarification though.

what star said.

We only received a half page summary of key points (many of which contradicted each other but that's another story...)

Thanks, Star and pink.

Oh well, it was worth a try.

While you don't have evidence that you didn't agree - equally they don't have evidence that you did. Did you have any witnesses with you who will back you up?

Agnes,

The HT of the SS that I was fighting to get dd into was there, an independent EP and a certain FS was there. At the hearing, they all proposed the issue in contention, which I clearly disagreed with, saying it would be a dealbreaker for dd. At the time the HT agreed.

Now this issue has reared it's ugly head Angry
