We were given a quote for reputable ed psyc assessment and when we had it he said he would release our report when we had paid the invoice which I understand. However the when we received the invoice it was double the amount we were told! So I have not paid it yet. I am so upset as we really need that report for school and this has really messed us up now.
The quote was given to us over the phone by his secretary who said this Is what is normally charged for an assessment so I can't pay double that's just unreasonable to me.
