My SIL texted me to say she was on talking about her son who has autism.
Just wondering if anyone saw it & whether it was good?

I'm on my phone so can't view it but I think you can see the interview on the iTV site. Just google Melanie sykes autism.

saw this re the therapy that she has used www.quackometer.net/blog/2012/02/ipan-preautistic-children.html

Just watched it. If you're thinking of watching it I wouldn't bother.

Just out of interest, can I have a straw poll on how many NC (non celebrity) parents' kids got electrical nodes stuck to their heads during the diagnostic process?

Seriously? I wouldn't want electrical nodes on my head and the last time I looked I don't have autism??

Just came across this thread on ipAn and I wanted to say, my son has been very successfully supported by ipAn.

We were lucky to get professional services from our local health authority which were good as far as they went, however, with the support of ipAn our son developed from outcome where he would probably have end up in a special needs schools to one where he prospering in a mainstream school. He will still have challenges as he develops but the outlook is so much more positive. Further, ipAn is a charity and it supported me just after I had lost my office job.
