Tribunal on Thursday and it will be no surprise to some that the LA are being underhand.

Does anyone know of legal support that can be accessed at short notice as I need someone there now?

Any suggestions will be gratefully received.

Sorry. I only know Fiona Slomovic, David Phillips and Adrian Phillips.

But they are probably more ABA types. Though the law still applies in those cases too.

we used Chris Barnett at Levenes, but don't know if he can be accessed at short notice.

he was bloody good (another ABA case, although am sure he does non-ABA too)

Thank you all so much for your responses. No I don't think there will be a problem re naming someone late, I have already stated tba so they knew I was considering this and as the LA have only just decided they have the right to rip my child out of the mainstream school in his locality and place him in some crappy DSP miles further away I think they will struggle to object. They have changed their legal rep to one of their barristers without telling anyone so I'm sure that the tribunal will accept. I was asking for a dual placement, we have not had provision outlined in the previous statement met, have threatened JR and have two LGO findings of maladministration with injustice, my son's only five.

I was really upset yesterday but I am now really really angry.

Try Clifford Chance - they had some sort of partnership with the NAS Eduction advisors.

Alternatively - do you have a local Law Centre?

Thank you all, have spoken with Fiona S (on a sunday!), she really is as helpful as everyone has said before on this board and I am very grateful to Fiona and to all that have offered advice above.

I am feeling much calmer and know what stand point I am best to take.

Thanks to everyone x
