Does your child still get CTF payments?

Surely the money coud be better used elsewhere?

DS still gets an £100 payment every year. Its a nice gesture but lets be honest its not going to pay for anywhere near what a child will need in the future. Surely if that money was taken and put into early intervention services that would be a better use of it.

I only get £100 a year for DS - I am assuming this is because of his DLA. DD doesnt get these payments.
