simple reading books for older children

Hi I'm looking for simple reading books, for a child with reading ability of a yr1 (on a good day) but with content/story suitable for a 10yr old.

Any recommendations greatly received

Thanks to you all for the suggestions those TOTEM books look perfect, it will stretch him but at least he wont feel like he's reading baby books.

Also www.barringtonstoke.co.uk do older interest books at younger reading ages, ie appropriate for 9-11 yo reading age 6-8 etc.
