i have been unable to contact her since last week, she doesnt return calls and apart from a threatening message on my answering machine earlier this week about taking legal action i cant get in touch with her.
So today i rang her head office and asked to speak to her superior who wasnt in-surprise surprise but the person said he,d pass the message on.
Less than 20mins later she rang me, very very nice yes ill refer DS for home tuition next week as im off until thursday, i said hang on- the other day you were threatening legal action, i dont understand whats changed, she starts waffling on about him having unauthorised absence i said but its not you have a letter from the consultant, she said its not good enough and thats why she mentioned legal action so i said - start it then-i know your job is to get DS back into school despite what his difficulties are, she started shouting at me "i dont appreciate you telling me my job" i said if you are going to shout at me im putting the phone down" "im not shouting erm i not being funny but you have a habit of complaining about everyone" , so i said "ill speak to your superiors on monday and i put the phone down"
Now i havent complained about her BUT- DS Consultant has about not answering her calls and messages even to her and putting untold stress on me by leaving threatening messages, AND DS has been out of school since Nov 05 and should have had access to home tuition as this is a medical case and she has blocked it, 2 Senior EWO,s went through DS notes yesterday and it looks like we are going to get a home tutor finally
BUT....you never know
