Are Snugsits still available anywhere?

Does anyone know if the old style Snugsits are still available, please? I've used one with my DD for ages but we didn't find the newer version (Hugit) as successful. A friend would like one for her son (also SN) and would also prefer the Snugsit version if possible. Any ideas please?

I don't think you can get them anymore, the hugit is supposedly the new, improved version. The only suggestion I have is this one on ebay . 5 days to go.

Actually I'm tempted to bid for it myself. I live in terror of losing mine!

Thanks Pixel - I'll pass on the info to my friend. Shame they changed the design in my opinion.

I don't know what it is but have you also tried Fledglings? If they don't have them they will get them for you or get someone to make them. www.fledglings.org.uk (I think)

Good idea Davros, they may know, thanks.
The Snugsit is a device (fabric & velcro) to keep children from getting out of their shoulder straps on car seats and the like. I bought mine a couple of years ago before I tackled a long journey with DD on my own as she's a bit of a Houdini which is especially worrying on the motorway! It's been brilliant and several of my friends have bought them having seen ours.
The design has been modified/improved (now called a Hugit)and is now made in a plastic material. I bought one but haven't found it as good.....but perhaps it's just me?
