Can anyone tell me which is the best multi vitamin tablet for a child with ASD. I know that Magnesium and Zinc are the bug pluses, but DS wont have baths so epsom salts are a no-no.

I have looked on the Holland and Barrett website but its all a bit too technical for me!

The ones my dcs take are like massive torpedoes. I just snip the very tip with nail scissors (I do keep a pair in the cutlery draw especially for this purpose) and squirt it on their breakfast.

I used to poke a hole with a toothpick, but squirted myself in the eye once two often, hence the scissors method. Blush

blueShark, my dh rolls his eyes when I start talking about supplements as well. He agrees that we need to give them to the dcs, but hates paying for them. I found out this morning he'd been giving my two younger dcs a lower dose to try and save a bit of money. Angry I thought those bottles of omegas seemed to be lasting a lot longer recently. Hmm

I've tried Nature's Gold Plus Source of Life Animal Parade.

DS didn't like the taste. They made him vomit a couple of times. But I think they were good.
