she seems to be so angry and cross all the time. She had SNs (thats why I post it here) but she goes OTT!!

Sparkly, as you know Sam is much the same and he gets so angry. Is there anything you can do to calm her down? I am thinking of trying to teach Sam mediatation (better that than SS!). We've also got Sam using time outs by request, took a lot of practice but working.
