My dd goes to the toilet (poo) probably 5 times a day? Could this be linked with leaky gut syndrome? How can I find out?
Thanks

my ds1 is 3 and has always done sloppy poos..don't think he's ever done a "formed" one (this really is TMI, sorry) If anyone knows whether it's normal or not I'd be interested!!!!!

BH, I think abnormalities of the bowel of any sort (too hard, too loose, too big, too often, too much information....) can all be linked to food intolerances/leaky gut stuff.

DS1 had frequent watery explosions with no explanation until we changed diet and now he is fine unless he is ill or eats something loaded with preservatives and colourings.

Someone else might be more knowledgeable.

I've heard probiotics can be useful in order to protect the gut and minimise effects of intolerance and keep meaning to try them long-term on DS1.

You know, DS1 used to chew and mouth everything before we changed food and he always starts it again when stuff he reacts to builds up.
