Help on writing a letter of support

Hi all, would love some help if anyone can help. The school is in the process of applying for a statment for my DS, they have asked me to write a letter of support. I am not really that great at these kind of things, just wondering what I should include or not say.

Any help would be greatly depreciated. He has ADHD with other sesory, emotionaly and other issues yet to be diagnosed.
