buzylizy · 19/01/2006 21:58

I Am hoping that they will do that for dd as Like I said in the form she is't going to get any better. Thanks for the advice I will do mine recorded. i am putting in for a grant for a wheelchair adapted car so can't waste time.

I wish I could say the same, mine's spread out all over dining table nowhere near completed.

I filled mine out in an hour, then worried that I had rushed it, and had not given enough information, but just 4 weeks later ds was awarded middle rate care.

macwoozy · 20/01/2006 14:42

An hour, how did you manage thatIt takes me that long just to think about it.

coppertop · 20/01/2006 15:46

An hour? It took me weeks to fill mine in - and that was with doing some every day.

Good luck to everyone who is waiting for a decision.

Took me a week to fill them in - but we found out yesterday we've got middle rate for DS2. Whoo hoo! Took about 6 weeks to come through - not as long as I thought with Xmas in the middle. On advice of posters here I rang Tax Credits people and they say we'll get a bit more + a rebate, and I should get Carers too. That'll make a bit of a dent in the Xmas overdraft....although we're also going to look into getting private SLT for DS2.

That's excellent news, sphil! Congratulations!
